About
I don't fit into a single box, and I've stopped trying to.
I studied civil engineering and chemistry at BITS Pilani, scored in the 99.91 percentile in GATE and spent two years as a project engineer at Indian Oil. Then I spent six years on the UPSC Civil Services exam: prelims five times, all the way to the interview. I taught at Vision IAS, and in 2024 I joined Cosmofeed (SuperProfile) with no marketing background.
Today I'm Chief of Staff there. Engineering gave me systems thinking. UPSC gave me depth and discipline, and the habit of learning anything from scratch. A startup is where I get to use all of it.
Experience
Project Engineer, Indian Oil
Ran 50+ e-tenders worth Rs. 5 crore+ for IOCL's Chaksu installation in Jaipur, and supervised work across 10+ sites of a naphtha pipeline project. Two years of government rules, procurement and real-world engineering.
The UPSC Years
Left my job to prepare for the Civil Services exam. Cleared prelims five times and reached the final interview, but wasn't selected. Scored 283 in the Philosophy optional, one of the highest in the country. Six years that reshaped how I think.
Guest Faculty, Vision IAS
Taught aspirants preparing for the same exam I'd spent years on, and mentored them alongside.
Content & Marketing, Cosmofeed
Joined as YouTube Content Strategist and launched the SuperProfile for Creators channel. Then led content and marketing: wrote the positioning line "the complete creator toolkit to grow and monetize", ran paid ads in-house and built our influencer marketing from scratch.
Senior Growth Manager, Cosmofeed
Built the SuperProfile Partner Program from scratch, ran outreach and first demos for our agency dashboard, and started building internal tools with Claude Code.
Chief of Staff, Cosmofeed
Since August 2026. I work directly with the CEO on company priorities: the metrics and KPI framework, weekly reviews, the monthly townhall, hiring and founder-led content. In 2026 I accepted Meta's Instagram Champion award for SuperProfile in Mumbai.

After the UPSC interview I searched the final list for my roll number, again and again, and kept seeing the same two words. Six years of preparation, and that was the result.
A few years later I was in Mumbai, accepting Meta's Instagram Champion award on behalf of the SuperProfile team. Nothing from those six years was wasted. I just had to find where it fit.
Work
Influencer marketing, built in-house
We were about to hire an outside agency. Instead I built the playbook myself and closed our first creator partners. Global signups went from about 20 a day to 200+.

Running ads in-house (3,300 leads in 5 months) showed me creators didn't understand what SuperProfile was. That led to the line "the complete creator toolkit to grow and monetize", which we still use.
SuperProfile Partner Program
Built from scratch: partner profiles, tiers, outreach, onboarding and activation.
Building with Claude Code
I'm not a software engineer, but I now build our internal tools with Claude Code: automated monthly reporting, a daily catch-up page and a content planner. I also replaced a £300-a-month tool with a free build.
Nawalgarh, City of Havelis

Systems aren't enough. People have to own the outcome.
Scaling influencer marketing taught me this. A good playbook gets you started, but growth comes when someone owns the result, not just the process.
It's also why I argued for keeping AutoDM free. Most creators don't earn enough to pay upfront for a tool that can't promise results, so the product had to be different.
